The Iridium Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for students to engage with the forefront of satellite communications technology. As an Intern in the System Integration and Test team, you will be involved in real projects from the very first day, contributing to the integration of vendor equipment into the lab and testing it with on-orbit assets. This 12-week program, running from May 27, 2025, to August 15, 2025, is designed to provide interns with valuable support to an Iridium department on significant projects or work assignments. You will have the chance to engage with senior leadership and fellow interns through regular activities, culminating in an end-of-internship presentation where you will reflect on your experiences and accomplishments. In this role, you will assist in the development and maintenance of test plans, procedures, and scripts for various testing phases, including feature, defect, and regression testing. You will also be responsible for documenting, recreating, and isolating reported software and hardware defects, collaborating with your team to identify risks and support mitigation strategies. This internship is not just about learning; it’s about making a tangible impact on the future of satellite communications while developing critical skills in a supportive and innovative environment.
