Responsibilities
- Transcribe video tutorials into detailed technical reference guides.
- Develop clear and concise guidelines and procedures for Print Center processes.
- Organize and maintain documentation to ensure all materials are stored properly.
- Aid in the deployment of a digital asset management system.
- Gain hands-on experience in technical writing and documentation.
- Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
- Work on real-world projects that make a tangible impact.
- Adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Must have completed Freshman level or higher by start date.
- Be in good academic standing and provide GPA in resume upon application.
- Ability to demonstrate and maintain a good safety record.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to produce high-quality documentation.
- Self-starter accountable for completing work as assigned with adequate feedback.
- Ability to pass a background check.
