About the position

This is a temporary internship position for a Technical Writing student, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical writing and documentation. The role involves transcribing video tutorials, developing guidelines, and maintaining documentation, all while adhering to company safety standards and values. Responsibilities

• Transcribe video tutorials into detailed technical reference guides.
• Develop clear and concise guidelines and procedures for Print Center processes.
• Organize and maintain documentation to ensure all materials are stored properly.
• Aid in the deployment of a digital asset management system.
• Gain hands-on experience in technical writing and documentation.
• Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
• Work on real-world projects that have a tangible impact.
• Adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Must have completed Freshman level or higher by the start date.
• Be in good academic standing and provide GPA in resume upon application.
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain a good safety record.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to produce high-quality documentation.
• Self-starter accountable for completing work as assigned with adequate feedback.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Familiarity with technical writing tools and software is a plus.
