About the position
The Total Rewards Intern will join the People team at Chobani, gaining hands-on experience in Total Rewards, which encompasses compensation and benefits. The role focuses on assisting with various projects and analyses aimed at enhancing employee experience, ensuring competitive rewards, and supporting the organization's People strategy.
Responsibilities
- Assist with salary benchmarking, job grading, and data analysis to ensure fair and competitive pay practices.
- Help analyze utilization data and suggest improvements based on industry/market best practices.
- Compile and analyze data related to compensation and benefits, summarizing data trends and themes.
- Conduct research on market trends and industry standards to keep Total Rewards offerings competitive and attractive.
- Assist in identifying process improvements in Total Rewards programs and contribute ideas to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Prepare communications related to Total Rewards programs, including internal announcements, presentations, and training materials for employees and management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Enrolled in Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits concepts.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to be on-site in the SoHo office Monday - Thursday.
