About the position

Lumen is offering a fully immersive, 10-week summer internship program for a Video Editing Intern. This role is designed for students who are passionate about video editing and post-production, providing them with hands-on experience while working closely with experienced editors and the production team. The internship aims to empower interns to reach their full potential and contribute to the company's mission of connecting the world through technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist in video editing and post-production tasks.
• Collaborate with the production team to bring projects to life.
• Support creative services including pre-production design, production/animation, and post-production video editing.
• Utilize industry-standard techniques and software, particularly Adobe CC.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, with rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
• Graduating between August 2025 and May 2027.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
