About the position

Lumen is offering a fully immersive, 10-week summer internship program for a Video Editing Intern. This role is designed for students who are passionate about advancing technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in video editing and post-production. Interns will work closely with experienced editors and the production team to contribute to various projects, enhancing their skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in video editing and post-production tasks.
• Collaborate with the production team to bring projects to life.
• Support pre-production design and production/animation efforts.
• Provide motion graphics support during post-production.
• Demonstrate creativity and attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, with rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
• Graduating between August 2025 and May 2027.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Benefits

• Hourly compensation ranging from $22.00 to $35.00 per hour based on education and experience.
