About the position
Trinet is a full-service web firm with expert capabilities in web strategy consulting, interactive marketing, creative and design services, web development, and web campaign management services. Basically, we are all about developing great websites and applications that allow our clients to breathe new life into their communication efforts and increase revenue or contributions. We not only work to help businesses achieve success online, but we also help many non-profits and faith based ministries as they work to meet the physical and spiritual needs of people both around the world and here at home. Some of the organizations we have done work for include Coca Cola, World Vision, Harvest Crusade, IMAX, Toyota Racing Development (TRD), Focus on the Family, Cisco / Linksys, Red Cross, and many more. We are currently seeking a Web Design Intern to join our web design team at our corporate office in Irvine, CA. The selected candidate will be a motivated, career focused team player with a desire to work in a growing small to medium sized company. Working at Trinet means you will be joining an expert team of strategy consultants, interactive marketers, savvy web developers and campaign managers who care a lot about producing the best work on the internet.
Responsibilities
- Artistic design of websites
- Creating user interfaces
- Building websites
- Logo and design review
- Breaking up site designs to give to our programming team
- Website maintenance and graphic enhancements
Requirements
- Knowledge of HTML and PHP is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Flash
- Desire / interest in working on non-profit and faith based projects
- Experience designing websites for at least 1 - 2 years
- Undergraduate degree or comparable experience
- Ability to learn in a fast paced environment, while possessing a friendly and personable attitude
