About the position

The Internal Advisor at Camping World is responsible for initiating and processing repair service requests from internal customers, providing administrative support to the Service Department, and keeping customers informed about the progress of their work. This role emphasizes customer interaction and support, with a focus on enhancing service efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position offers a commission-driven pay plan with uncapped earnings potential, rewarding passion and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver's license
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
