Responsibilities

• Support the continuous growth and development of internal audit team members.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning programs tailored to the needs of the internal audit team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Internal Audit & SOX department to identify training needs.
• Ensure that learning initiatives align with leading practices and standards in internal audit.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in learning and development, particularly in an audit or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of internal audit practices and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
• Experience with data analytics and technology in the context of learning and development.
