About the position

We are delighted to be working with one of the largest global law firms to recruit an Internal Communications Specialist to join part of their central communications function. This is a hugely exciting time for the firm, with this new headcount forming part of their continued growth and investment within the overall Marketing & Communications function. The Internal Communications Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing internal engagement and promoting the firm's strategic aims while showcasing its culture. This position is ideal for someone with a keen interest in advancing their career in internal communications, particularly in a global context. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with a director of the North American Communications team, collaborating with EMEA-based counterparts, which will provide great variety in daily tasks and professional growth opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering tailored internal communications campaigns and employee engagement strategies. These initiatives will encompass a mix of global firm-wide projects and those specifically tailored to certain regions or groups of offices. Additionally, the Internal Communications Specialist will take the lead in maintaining the firm's internal communications channels, which includes curating content for a weekly firm newsletter and overseeing the firm's digital and social media output. This role is crucial in driving engagement for employee activities and events across the firm, ensuring that all communications resonate with the firm's strategic objectives and foster a sense of community among employees.

Responsibilities
