We are seeking an Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist to help transform how colleagues communicate, connect, and engage across FICO. This role will drive the implementation of a new strategy, build productive relationships with corporate communicators and Executives, and manage internal campaigns and communications channels. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of our internal communications and drive meaningful engagement across the organization. In this position, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and adoption of a new internal communication and engagement strategy. You will manage campaigns that balance one-way and two-way communications to keep colleagues informed, aligned, and connected to our strategy and to one another. Maintaining an internal communications calendar will be crucial to improve visibility and transparency of planned communications. You will collaborate with corporate communicators to identify the right channels and audiences for their messages and partner with Marketing teams to craft internal messages for communications campaigns aligned to our strategy, culture, and brand. Building relationships with Executives and their delegates will be essential to develop and deliver regular updates to the appropriate audiences. You will also govern and monitor communication channel usage to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards. Analyzing usage and engagement trends will be part of your role, acting as a champion for the employee experience and identifying areas of improvement as needed.
