About the position

The Internal Communications Graphic Designer for Hardware Development Teams at Apple is responsible for creating high-quality visual communications that support internal audiences within the hardware development organizations. Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging Keynote presentations, website UI/graphics, emails, and occasionally flyers and video content.
• Partner closely with key business and cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute on their communication needs.
• Identify and implement design and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and impact of internal communications.
• Manage projects from ideation through to execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of design experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Work examples that demonstrate expertise in presentation design, web design, and/or other visual communication materials.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficient in key design software, including Apple Keynote, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Creative and innovative thinker with work examples that showcase an aesthetic aligned with Apple's visual identity.
• A general understanding of technology and enthusiasm for working with technical subjects.
