About the position
The Internal Communications Manager for Digital Channels at DoorDash will oversee the daily operations of the company's internal digital communication channels. Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of DoorDash and Wolt's internal digital communication channels.
- Transform the intranet into a vibrant and engaging hub for employees.
- Drive employee engagement through effective content management and editorial planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align communications with company goals.
- Explore and implement innovative digital communication strategies and tools.
- Connect and manage a global network of content creators, promoting user adoption through training and consultation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience with internal communications tools, including intranets and web-based technologies.
- Proven experience in launching, managing, and governing intranet projects, ideally in a technology company.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce engaging and informative content.
- Demonstrated people and project management skills with 3-5 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a technology company is preferred.
- Knowledge of measurement and analytics related to internal communications.
