As an Internal Communications Manager at Worldpay, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the internal communications strategy for the People & Culture team. You will advise senior management on communication initiatives that promote the company culture and support strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include consulting with both internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored communication solutions, utilizing various methods and techniques to achieve desired outcomes. You will also be tasked with developing and managing the execution of strategic plans and implementing communication tactics that drive engagement and understanding among employees. Additionally, you will oversee the production of various communication vehicles, including intranet feature stories, newsletters, bulletins, videos, and presentations. This will involve coordinating projects, managing timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. You will also coach company representatives to enhance their presentation skills and promote effective communication across the organization. As a leader, you will motivate and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
