About the position

The Internal Communications Manager at Entergy Services, LLC is responsible for developing and executing IT communication strategies that engage and align employees and business partners with IT's objectives and initiatives. This hybrid role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create effective messaging and communication channels that promote transparency and foster employee engagement. The position requires strategic oversight of internal communications within the Technology and Business Services (TBS) organization, ensuring consistent messaging across functions and alignment with corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs and opportunities for internal communications strategies and plans.
• Work closely with IT and TBS leaders to implement high-quality communications that advance organizational goals.
• Align branding and messaging with Corporate Communications and develop communications for senior leadership.
• Provide guidance for capital project communications and change management activities.
• Advise senior leadership on change adoption and benefits realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mass communications, marketing, or business, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic development and communications, project communications, and change management.
• Experience in turning technical information into easy-to-understand content.
• Ability to develop engagement metrics using data analytics.
• Experience in graphic design, such as using Canva.
• Experience in planning and facilitating leadership meetings and workshops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
