About the position

The Internal Communications Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and supporting key HR and business objectives through effective communication strategies. This position involves collaborating with various business partners to design and execute communication plans that align with long-term goals and improve the overall employee experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create, implement and oversee communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
  • Develop print and online advertising, email marketing, website management, content development, press releases, white papers, corporate videos, and marketing collateral.
  • Partner with the Communications team and internal stakeholders to develop and execute communication strategies and messaging to inform and inspire employees.
  • Lead the production of the monthly team's employee newsletter, overseeing content development, layout design, and timely distribution.
  • Maintain and regularly update the team's intranet site, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
  • Support communication efforts related to HR, IT, Cybersecurity, and DE&I, aligning with the company's overall strategy.
  • Analyze and create reports on the impact of communication strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with the planning, production, and execution of in-person and virtual team-wide internal events and broadcasts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in internal communications or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing content for intranet sites and newsletters.
  • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms.

  • Experience in HR communications or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
