As an Internal Communications Specialist at PacificSource Health Plans, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that employees are informed, engaged, and motivated by content that connects them to the company's mission, vision, and values. You will work closely with Human Resource leadership, executives, and other key stakeholders to develop and manage internal communications that support strategic initiatives and enhance the organizational culture. Your responsibilities will include writing, editing, and tracking content for various internal communications deliverables, ensuring that messages are consistent across all mediums and departments. You will utilize change management and communications best practices to create content that informs employees about the goals and objectives of initiatives, thereby advancing strategic goals, culture, and brand. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, writing, reviewing, and managing content for a variety of internal communications deliverables. This includes coordinating the delivery of content across internal channels such as email, company meetings, the company intranet (SharePoint), and newsletters. You will also manage multiple timelines and communications deliverables across change management teams and project stakeholders, using your project management skills to ensure that all communication projects are completed on time and meet the desired outcomes. Additionally, you will assist in gathering and reporting data on the effectiveness of employee communications, using both quantitative and qualitative data to identify new communication channels and tools that support employee needs and organizational goals. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and provide communications support across the organization, ensuring that all communications align with PacificSource's brand style and desired customer experience. Your role will also involve ghostwriting internal company-wide emails for department leaders and executives, adapting your writing tone to suit different audiences and contexts.
