Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a primary care setting.
• Manage patient health through preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Utilize telehealth capabilities to enhance patient access and engagement.
• Participate in local physician leadership councils to influence practice operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience post-residency.
• Current, unrestricted TX State license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Active registration or eligibility to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
• Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, preferably Athena.
