About The Position
As an Internal Medicine physician with Rochester Regional Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare in central and western New York. This position is part of a new care modality based on the Peter Anderson's Team Care Model, which is designed to enhance patient interaction and care. Additionally, you will receive dedicated physician recruiting and onboarding support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role. Rochester Regional Health offers competitive compensation, including a salary guarantee, performance-based incentives, and a sign-on bonus. The pay range for this position is between $200,000 and $250,000, which may also include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay. The organization provides fully-covered relocation services, comprehensive benefits, and paid malpractice insurance with full coverage. You will also have access to a Defined Benefit Pension Plan, 403(b), and 457(b) retirement plans.
