Rochester Regional Health offers competitive compensation, including a salary guarantee, performance-based incentives, and a sign-on bonus. The pay range for this position is between $200,000 and $250,000, which may also include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay. The organization provides fully-covered relocation services, comprehensive benefits, and paid malpractice insurance with full coverage.
