About the position

The Account Manager - Internal Sales Representative at Westlake Portfolio Services, LLC is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with dealer partners to increase the number of deals funded. This role involves a consultative sales approach, requiring effective communication and management skills to support dealers in understanding and utilizing the Westlake Program. The position offers a performance-based compensation package with significant earnings potential and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Create and nurture ongoing relationships with dealer partners.
  • Increase the number of deals funded by partnering with nationwide dealers.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers across the US.
  • Manage a dealer base to understand the Westlake Program for growth and success.
  • Present and communicate company products and services to dealership management.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals from CRM generated contacts.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow current and potential dealer partners.
  • Provide training and support to dealer partners on current programs and funding requirements.
  • Restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success.
  • High School Diploma required; College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
  • Clear and effective presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
  • Goal-oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement.
