About the position

The International Sales Channel Associate II at BPS Bioscience plays a crucial role in supporting the International Sales team to achieve global sales objectives. This position focuses on customer service and collaboration with various departments to ensure high satisfaction among international distributors and customers. The role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment and involves managing inquiries, creating sales quotes, and supplying necessary technical documents.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the international sales channel network through daily management of global channels team inquiries via email, phone, and video calls.
  • Creates sales quotes for channel partners, international distributors, and international customers.
  • Works closely with customer service, shipping, marketing, technical support, quality, and other departments to resolve problems and support international distributors and customers.
  • Supplies technical documents (COOs, MSDS, COAs), pricing and product literature, customer leads, and other sales support materials to assist distributors in meeting regional market objectives.
  • Addresses customer inquiries in a manner leading to high customer satisfaction.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a Biology or Chemistry-related field.
  • At least two years of International Sales or Distributor sales experience.
  • At least one year of laboratory experience in a relevant life-science field (biochemistry, molecular biology, etc.).
  • Previous experience using a CRM or ERP system, preferably Netsuite, Salesforce, and Quickbooks.
  • Ability to effectively understand and communicate technical and scientific product-related information.
  • Adaptable to changing processes, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with sensitivity for effectively interacting with a wide variety of audiences from different cultures and educational levels.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a strong customer focus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with international shipping regulations and customs.
  • Proficient to advanced user in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to communicate in another language.
