About the position

The International Sales Channel Associate will support the International Sales team in achieving global sales goals. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a strong emphasis on customer service and cutting-edge technologies. The position involves daily management of inquiries from the global channels team and collaboration with various departments to resolve issues and support international distributors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supports the international sales channel network through daily management of global channels team inquiries via email, phone, and video calls.
• Creates sales quotes for channel partners, international distributors, and international customers.
• Works closely with customer service, shipping, marketing, technical support, quality, and other departments to resolve problems and support international distributors and customers.
• Supplies technical documents (COOs, MSDS, COAs), pricing and product literature, customer leads, and other sales support materials to assist distributors in meeting regional market objectives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a Biology or Chemistry-related field.
• At least one year of laboratory experience in a relevant scientific field.
• Ability to effectively understand and communicate technical and scientific product-related information.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with sensitivity for effectively interacting with diverse audiences.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior sales, marketing, or product management experience in the life sciences is strongly preferred.
• Proficient to advanced user in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience working with international teams is a plus.
• Experience using Netsuite, Salesforce, and Quickbooks is a plus.
• Ability to speak another language is a plus.
