About the position

The International Cooperation Knowledge Manager at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) will provide essential support to the Chief of International Cooperation at DARPA HQ in Arlington, VA. This role involves managing executive duties, coordinating international visits, and developing communication materials to enhance collaboration with global partners. The position requires a proactive approach to support the delivery of critical products and reports, while also monitoring international developments that impact strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief, International Cooperation with executive duties including calendar management and preparation of materials for international visits.
• Review and staff international armaments agreements via key Department stakeholders.
• Develop and distribute agency-specific reports and communications, including weekly Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) updates.
• Manage foreign visit requests and track weekly events, distributing information as directed.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on local and regional international developments and public policy issues.
• Lead internal outreach for new staff, including developing briefs and scheduling meetings.
• Support the development of detailed briefings and materials for senior leader engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience supporting international agreements or entities
• Active Secret clearance
• Knowledge of international armaments cooperation
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Significant experience with Microsoft Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Degree in International Affairs/Relations
• Prior experience supporting DARPA
