About the position

The International Flight Attendant at Omni Air International is responsible for ensuring a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey for passengers on international flights. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, performing safety duties, and building connections with passengers from diverse backgrounds. Flight attendants will travel to exciting destinations while maintaining a high standard of safety and service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure passengers have a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey by delivering excellent customer service.
  • Perform safety duties, including pre-flight checks and emergency procedures.
  • Build relationships with passengers and provide personalized service on each flight.
  • Collaborate with fellow crew members to maintain a positive in-flight experience.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to exceed customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, including making public address announcements and providing instructions.
  • Assist passengers needing special assistance, such as unaccompanied minors and individuals with special needs.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and meals, and process payments for purchased items.
  • Respond effectively during emergency situations and provide emergency medical assistance when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Fluency in English (speak, read, write, and understand).
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Ability to use computers and basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work scheduled flight duty periods of 20 hours or more.
  • Ability to pass a 10-year background check and FAA mandated drug tests.
  • Must attend and successfully complete Omni Flight Attendant training.

Nice-to-haves
