• Quote shipments
• Route, track, and communicate with customers
• Anticipate customer needs to develop strong relationships
• Communicate with sales and other key constituents to preempt customer concerns
• Organize shipment and delivery of goods worldwide in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in logistics or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior active listening skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with local and international agents and clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
