Key performance measures include on-time delivery, accuracy, and efficiency of logistics deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare U.S. export documentation.
• Execute export shipments accurately.
• Coordinate with logistics suppliers for on-time delivery of goods.
• Assist in coordinating import shipments through global suppliers.
• Work with internal and external customers to meet logistics demands.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of international freight coordination experience (export or import).
• Strong understanding of export rules and regulations.
• Experience in filing export paperwork and working with customs.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
