About the position

The International Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting key marketing initiatives across all brands of Hunter Industries. This position is responsible for coordinating international promotional campaigns, generating content, managing customer communications, conducting market research, and creating marketing materials. In this role, the coordinator will build and deliver international marketing templates for product launches, announcements, newsletters, and campaigns in multiple languages. They will maintain the marketing automation platform for international drip programs and campaigns, ensuring that all components are functioning effectively. The coordinator will also pull account and contact reports from the CRM system to facilitate e-communication and will drive the upkeep of marketing databases for key customer segments. The position requires collaboration with both internal and external subject matter experts to coordinate content generation, including international flyers, brochures, emails, and advertising materials. The coordinator will research and evaluate new approaches and trends in web, digital, social media, and email delivery, adjusting strategies based on performance results. Additionally, they will conduct market analysis and customer surveys to assist with promotional campaigns based on the strategic plan, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. The coordinator will work closely with regional offices to develop locally relevant social media content and assist with translation activities for all marketing collateral. They will also collaborate with the internal Creative Development team to conceptualize new materials and update existing collateral, ensuring that all projects are managed with attention to detail and timely execution. The role includes tracking project progress, analyzing promotional effectiveness, and managing the video translation and localization process. Overall, the International Marketing Coordinator is essential in driving the success of Hunter Industries' international marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver international marketing templates for product launch emails, announcements, newsletters, and campaigns in multiple languages.
  • Maintain the marketing automation platform for international drip programs, campaigns, reporting, and all other platform components.
  • Pull account and contact reports from CRM for use in e-communication.
  • Drive upkeep of marketing databases for key customer segments.
  • Coordinate content generation, including international flyers, brochures, e-mails, editorial and advertising, by working with internal and external subject matter experts.
  • Research and evaluate new approaches and trends in web, digital, social media, email/web delivery, reviewing results and performance, and adjusting for future campaigns.
  • Conduct market analysis and customer marketing surveys.
  • Assist with marketing promotional campaigns based on strategic plan, providing information on results, and making recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Work with regional offices to assist with building out locally relevant social media content and recommend communication best practices.
  • Assist with translation activities through a Language Service Provider for all Hunter marketing collateral required.
  • Work collaboratively with internal Creative Development team to conceptualize new materials and update existing collateral.
  • Track progress of projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with analyzing the effectiveness of promotions by reviewing processes, ROI, and creating communication reports.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of video translation and localization, coordinating with translators, reviewers, and regional teams.
  • Develop and maintain a project schedule for all video translation efforts, tracking and reporting progress and providing updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field of study, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing or Communications.
  • Excellent detail-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently to plan, organize, and implement multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and coordinate efforts with employees across the organization.
  • Excellent computer knowledge, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a valid passport.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation Software, Salesforce, email design, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of landscape lighting and/or irrigation design, products, applications, and markets in the industry.
