SeneGence is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to add to our growing team of talent. This position requires a creative way of thinking and strong attention to detail. We are looking for superior communication skills and the ability to effectively multitask while working under both short- and long-term deadlines. The International Marketing Coordinator will work to develop and execute the plans for our marketing campaigns and product launches. This role will work closely with the entire marketing team on asset development and the sales team on the objectives. The role will need a keen understanding of international cultures and variances while following trends related to specific markets, as well as support growth into new, future markets. The candidate will support marketing projects with relevant performance data, marketplace analysis and add to job knowledge in any opportunity possible. The essential duties and responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials inventory, and preparing reports. The coordinator will plan promotional presentations and keep planning calendars up to date, coordinate requirements for promotional materials with the graphics department, and support sales staff with market trends and new product information. Additionally, the role involves researching competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics as well as conducting international market research. The coordinator will act as a liaison between SeneGence US office(s) and SeneGence International office(s), coordinating projects, translations, and presenting solutions for variances in content and activities. The position also requires working with operations on inventory needs and international shipments, ensuring translations are reviewed for international materials, and supporting the coordination of in-country product launch schedules. Moreover, the coordinator will coordinate the development and updating of country-specific marketing materials and training tools, ensuring accuracy and with a keen attention to detail. Identifying country-specific variances that impact product labels, business supplies, and other marketing resources such as spelling of words, weight claims, and warnings is also part of the role. The candidate will assist with content for global communications and social media, develop international project timelines, and coordinate with marketing and tech teams to ensure consistency of international content on all websites. Assistance with international event planning and regional photo/video shoots, including travel, may be required. Other duties may be requested by business need.
