About the position

The International Marketing Manager (Global Tools) at Domino's Pizza is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of marketing tools and resources across the global organization. This role focuses on establishing best practices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring effective communication and training among teams to maximize the utilization of marketing tools. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance marketing strategies and drive innovation in digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of tools and resources for the global marketing team.
  • Evaluate and select tools, partners, and platforms that align with business goals and market trends.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of tools on business outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Collaborate with the DPI marketing/digital team to create tools for master franchisees.
  • Identify new areas of opportunity and develop necessary content for marketing tools.
  • Establish processes for information sharing and standardize communication across the marketing team.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment in the use of digital tools.
  • Coordinate monthly and annual marketing meetings and summits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of marketing, agency, or marketing consulting experience, preferably with Third Party Aggregators.
  • Previous experience in Domino's or QSR marketing is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and engage colleagues and superiors.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
