About the position
Overtime is seeking a multi-talented digital media professional for the role of International Media Coordinator. This position is integral to the company's international growth, requiring collaboration across various departments. The Coordinator will lead projects and assist with diverse assignments, focusing on branded content, social media, and video production as needed. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, or French, in addition to English, is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all international account media from OTE and OT Select for social media, YouTube, broadcasts, and additional international content.
- Create social content and prepare assets for social media in multiple languages.
- Review content for proofreading, spell-checking, and quality control of videos before posting.
- Assist with management of internal documents, including programming calendars and edit schedules.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to align posted content with the overall strategy.
- Curate content for posting on various platforms.
- Pay attention to detail in all social media outputs.
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional content or media experience.
- Fluency in either Portuguese, Spanish, or French in addition to English (required).
- Strong understanding of Overtime's voice and a keen interest in basketball.
- Digitally native with active engagement on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills.
- Flexible in adapting to changing timelines and deliverables.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Photoshop and video editing software like Premiere and After Effects.
