About the position

The International Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the operations command and control of air freight forwarding at Royale International. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and air cargo operations, focusing on the coordination of international shipments without direct handling of the cargo. The position is full-time and requires in-person attendance at the Tempe, AZ location.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international air freight operations and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
• Utilize technology tools such as MS Outlook and MS Excel for operational management.
• Manage communications and updates regarding shipments using WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and standards in air cargo operations.
• Maintain knowledge of Pelican Bio-thermal cold chain packaging for sensitive shipments.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office applications.
• Mid-level experience in air cargo operations, specifically with airlines (not FedEx or UPS).
• Knowledge of IATA cargo training and regulations.
• Experience with Pelican Bio-thermal cold chain packaging.
• Typing speed of 50 WPM or more.
