About the position
The International Sales Associate at Frontier Imaging, Inc. is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers while also acquiring new clients. This role involves understanding product updates, pricing, and promotions, as well as resolving customer issues. The position requires a proactive approach to sales and customer service, with a focus on building long-term relationships in the imaging industry.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
- Stay updated on version updates, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolve customer issues and problems.
- Monitor real-time opportunities for new business in assigned territory.
- Conduct cold calls to acquire new customers.
- Build long-term, productive relationships with new customers.
- Attend to walk-in customers for order shipments, pickups, and returns.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong math skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bilingual in Vietnamese (Required).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time-management and phone skills.
- Customer service oriented with face-to-face interaction comfort.
- Strong and ethical performance.
- Solid understanding of business concepts.
- Familiarity with imaging industry products and parts is a plus.
- Familiarity with Navision software is a plus.
