About the position
The International Tax Senior Associate - Partnerships role at PwC involves providing a full range of taxation services related to complex financial reporting, cost management, tax planning, investment management, and transaction processing. This position is part of the Internal Tax team, which supports the firm's financial services and treasury functions. The role requires working collaboratively within a team to solve complex business issues and contribute to the overall strategy of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare direct and indirect foreign tax returns and supporting schedules for partnerships and corporations.
- Interpret and apply international tax treaties to real-world situations regarding income tax withholding and permanent establishments.
- Build relationships with other groups and stakeholders.
- Assist with timely responses to partner and agency queries.
- Coordinate and communicate with department leadership.
- Resolve varied tax and business problems with an agile, execution-minded work style.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in tax or finance.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, RPA, and data visualization tools.
