About the position

The role focuses on recording and analyzing financial transactions, managing invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing reconciliations to detect fraud. As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team to solve complex business issues, utilizing the PwC Professional framework to develop leadership skills and contribute to the firm's success.
Responsibilities
- Record and analyze financial transactions.
- Pay and receive invoices.
- Maintain financial statement ledger accounts.
- Prepare analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.
- Assist the Internal Tax team with financial services, treasury, and taxation.
- Coordinate and prepare foreign tax returns and supporting schedules.
- Interpret and apply international tax treaties to real-world situations.
- Build relationships with other groups and stakeholders.
- Respond to partner and agency queries in a timely manner.
- Communicate with department leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and address client needs as both an individual contributor and team member.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
- Understanding of RPA and data visualization tools.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience with direct and indirect foreign tax returns.
- Ability to resolve varied tax and business problems with an agile work style.
