About the position
The International Tax Senior Associate - Partnerships at PwC is responsible for providing a full range of taxation services related to complex financial reporting, cost management, tax planning, investment management, and transaction processing. This role involves analyzing financial transactions, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing reconciliations to detect fraud. The position requires collaboration with a team to solve complex business issues and develop leadership skills through the PwC Professional framework.
Responsibilities
- Record and analyze financial transactions.
- Pay and receive invoices.
- Maintain financial statement ledger accounts.
- Prepare analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.
- Coordinate and prepare direct and indirect foreign tax returns and supporting schedules for partnerships and corporations.
- Interpret and apply international tax treaties to real-world situations.
- Build relationships with other groups and stakeholders.
- Assist with responses to partner and agency queries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and communicate with department leadership.
- Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2 years of relevant experience in tax or finance.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
- Understanding of RPA and data visualization tools.
