About the position
The International Trade Compliance Internship at Uline offers college students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in regulatory compliance within a leading distribution company. Interns will work closely with professionals to develop processes related to international trade, packaging, and compliance, while also having the chance to engage in meaningful business projects that can enhance their career prospects.
Responsibilities
- Help research and create processes related to regulatory issues, licenses, and partner government requirements.
- Assist departments to solve packaging label issues.
- Review legal documents used by Uline's international vendors.
- Categorize layout errors for the compliance team.
- Work with Trade Compliance programs, including follow-up, process improvements, and audits.
Requirements
- Open to Junior-status college students only.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
