About the position

The International Trade Services Analyst Sr. - Data Entry position at PNC involves working within the Corporate & Institutional Banking Division's International Commercial Trade Service Delivery Group. This role is primarily focused on data entry and document importation related to international trade services. After a six-month training period, the position transitions to a hybrid work model. The analyst will ensure compliance with trade regulations, manage client communications, and support the trade compliance program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data entry for the International Trade Services Delivery Group using the Global Trade System (GTS).
• Read and follow detailed procedures for processing international trade transactions.
• Identify high-risk client compliance issues and report them to the compliance group.
• Communicate status updates to commercial clients regarding collection matters.
• Evaluate and execute basic to moderate international trade transactions in accordance with established rules and guidelines.
• Administer the trade compliance program and escalate issues as necessary.
• Verify work processes for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to service levels and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge in international trade services.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations.
