Requirements

• Previous Automotive BDC Manager Experience
• Complete Sales Mastery Certification
• Competency using Sales CRM, DMS, OEM PORTALS, PHONE SYSTEMS
• Ability to ensure team level competencies
• Maintain guidelines to meet KPI's.

• Great communication skills both verbally and written
• A working knowledge of sales, marketing, and appointment setting
• The ability to build rapport with customers

Responsibilities

• Successfully convert sales calls into appointments.

• Consistently coach and train team members.

• Serve as the 'Go To' person for team inquiries and support.
• Master all systems related to sales and customer management.
