About the position

The Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries through phone calls, texts, and emails, with the primary goal of converting these inquiries into scheduled appointments for the dealership's sales consultants. This role emphasizes customer service and relationship management, ensuring a friendly and efficient response to potential purchasers.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming inquiries (calls, chats, and email requests) in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Convert each inquiry into a set and confirmed appointment for the dealership.
  • Follow up with all potential purchasers who are not yet ready to make an appointment.
  • Maintain customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred.
  • Strong phone and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant and courteous personality.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous automotive experience is a plus but not required.
