About the position

The Internet Sales Manager at Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove is responsible for managing online sales inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer service. This role involves responding to customer inquiries through various channels, providing product information, and facilitating sales appointments. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build customer relationships while utilizing a CRM system for tracking leads and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and live chat scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Clearly relate the benefits of new features, specifications, prices, colors, options, accessories, models, series, and standard equipment on all product lines to potential buyers.
• Physically inspect both vehicles for sale and vehicles presented for trade-in to identify any defects, flaws, blemishes, and damages.

Requirements

• Bilingual is a plus.
• Great customer service skills.
• Create and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet Leads, Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
• Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience is a must.
