You will also manage outbound calls to current customers, utilizing customer base data mining tools to identify unique purchasing opportunities. Your role will involve delivering inquiries and messages to other sales personnel and departments promptly, ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction throughout the process. Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
  • Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for sales team
  • Manage outbound calls to current customers in unique purchasing position using customer base data mining tools
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation, with a passion to succeed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Drive to hit appointment and sales quotas and goals
  • Organizational skills
