About the position

The Internet Sales Representative at Zimbrick, Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the automotive industry. The representative will also engage in ongoing training to master product knowledge and communication skills, ensuring a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Reply to all internet inquiries within established time frames.
  • Respond to questions regarding new and pre-owned vehicles, trade-ins, and promotions.
  • Schedule appointments for in-store sales staff.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and prospects according to their preferred method of contact.
  • Stay updated on new products, features, and accessories.
  • Complete required product and sales training.
  • Master written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned per location.
