• Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to meet dealership goals and customer expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and friendly experience for all customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical school coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an automotive setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
