About the position

The Internet Technician at DISH is responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to customers, ensuring a world-class customer experience. This role involves representing DISH in customers' homes, simplifying their lives through installations, and consulting on smart home possibilities. Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily.
• Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers.
• Educate customers on smart home possibilities during installations.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience during service calls.

Requirements

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs and meet individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs.
• Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates and weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.
