About the position

The Internet Technician at DISH is responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to customers, ensuring a world-class customer experience. This role involves visiting customers' homes, consulting on smart home possibilities, and performing installations. Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily.
• Consult homeowners on smart home possibilities.
• Perform installations of TV and Smart Home solutions.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience during service calls.

Requirements

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs and meet individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs.
• Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.
