The person in this position will work with project teams providing electrical engineering and related technical expertise. The role involves performing basic engineering calculations and analysis, developing details of design, assisting in the design of solutions, monitoring construction projects, and preparing drawings, specifications, and sketches. The work may include tasks related to power distribution, controls, and instrumentation. This position is based out of our Bismarck, North Dakota office, and may involve a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a split between working in the office and from home. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, effectively communicating with project team members and clients. A conscientious approach to the accuracy, appropriateness, and timeliness of results is essential. The role requires a thorough, organized, and detail-oriented approach, as well as a flexible working style that allows for both independent work and collaboration with teams of specialists to meet client and project needs. Safety is a priority, and the position may involve working in environments typical of construction sites, which may feature rough terrain and limited accessibility. Safety training will be provided, and applicants may be required to participate in a drug screening program at the request of specific clients.
