About the position

The Global Talent Acquisition Internship at Tiffany & Co. offers a unique opportunity for individuals to immerse themselves in the luxury jewelry industry while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing. This ten-week program, part of the Summer 2025 Class, will provide interns with exposure to strategic planning, project management, and various recruitment functions, all while working closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of Tiffany & Co.'s hiring process and offer solutions to enhance the candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience.
• Conduct competitor analysis in the luxury market and propose innovative strategies to attract key talent.
• Collaborate with the GTA Operations Specialist to develop learning content for global recruitment teams, focusing on compliance, diversity, equity, inclusion, and business immersion.
• Review partnerships with external vendors to assess ROI and identify areas for optimization in the recruitment process.
• Engage in recruitment marketing and employer branding activities, including creating marketing briefs and updating company pages.
• Work with Global Talent teams to align internal mobility practices with LVMH, promoting best practices and internal growth.
