About the position

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in stock and equity research and investing. Interns will work closely with a former professor and dean, managing a $50,000 portfolio and learning the intricacies of making trades. The role is designed for college or university students, but is open to anyone interested in the field. Interns will also receive support in setting up their own investment fund if desired, and upon completion, they will receive job recommendations or the opportunity to apply for a position within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a $50,000 investment portfolio.
• Conduct stock and equity research.
• Make trades based on research findings.
• Analyze financial information using computer tools.
• Collaborate with a former professor and dean on investment strategies.

Requirements

• College or university students or graduates preferred.
• Good GPA with coursework in finance and accounting.
• Highly competent in using computers for research and analysis.
