About the position

The Data Science Specialist will play a crucial role in the Data Solutions team, collaborating with various stakeholders including engineering directors, product leaders, and executive leadership to align data solutions with organizational priorities. This position involves overseeing the delivery of predictive analytics and data management solutions, while also setting a data-driven vision for the company.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineering directors, product leaders, global sales strategy, and executive leadership to ensure solutions alignment with engineering, product, and go-to-market priorities.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations and CEO on Data Solutions initiatives to set a data-driven vision for Predictive Analytics Definition and Commercialization.
• Oversee delivery and execution across SQL query management, ETL and ELT design and delivery, Data Analysis and Visualization, and Predictive Analytics solutions.
• Mine large amounts of data and perform data analysis to extract useful business insights for various topics including product development, market dynamics, and internal operations.
• Deliver presentations to senior leadership to explain and illustrate complex analytical findings.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and data management tools.
• Strong presentation skills to communicate complex findings to senior leadership.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ETL and ELT processes.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
