About the position

The internship position at ASML US focuses on Project, Change, and Stakeholder Management within the Capability Center of ASML Business Services. The role is designed to support business transformation projects by engaging with stakeholders, assessing project requirements, and leading change management processes. Interns will work closely with Project Managers to facilitate the successful execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring effective communication and user adoption of new tools.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with technical and business users nationwide to solicit and refine project use cases and requirements
  • Create a strategy for user adoption of a new tool
  • Communicate with key stakeholders on impacts to their organizations
  • Create a communication campaign to raise awareness of the project
  • If time permits, execute the communication plan
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Working towards a degree in business, project management, communications, marketing or equivalent
  • Familiar with business project management
  • Familiar with implementation of business transformation, integration and change projects
  • Familiar with running projects using waterfall and agile methodology
  • Familiar in applying lean methodology
  • Experience with working in a (project) team
  • Fluent English speaking and writing.
